Our customer team will happily assist you with your request to disable/delete your Envato account. However, please consider that your Placeit favorites, drafts, and downloads will be deleted, and we will be unable to reactivate your account or reinstate your saved/downloaded items.
It's important to note that once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access any of Envato's other products or purchases you have made there. This includes: Envato Market (ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, GraphicRiver, AudioJungle, VideoHive, PhotoDune and 3DOcean) Envato Elements, Envato Studio and Envato Tuts+.
Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be reinstated. If you are an Envato author, any items you have for sale on our site(s) will be removed.
